Bilingual Rehabilitation Service Professional (RSP) Coordinator Join Lifemark Health Group as a Bilingual Rehabilitation Service Professional (RSP) Coordinator. This remote, permanent fulltime position focuses on coordinating rehabilitation services for Canadian Veterans experiencing barriers to transition due to servicerelated injuries or illness. Location Remote (Canada) Pay Range Base pay: CA$48,000.00/yr (the actual pay will be based on skills and experience). For more details, discuss with your recruiter. Responsibilities Secure inperson or virtual appointments with the most appropriate RSPs to meet service standard timelines. Communicate effectively to build trust and rapport with Participants. Schedule assessment(s) and intervention(s) in a timely manner. Assist in communication between Rehabilitation Service Specialists (RSS) and RSPs to achieve successful service outcomes. Maintain awareness of the PCVRS network of RSP team members, their associated skills/expertise, and access timelines. Qualifications Minimum postsecondary certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Medical Office Administration, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role. Ability to multitask and prioritize to achieve program service standards. High level of confidentiality and awareness of privacy requirements. Strong digital literacy, including MS Office, MS Teams, and SharePoint. Employment conditional on obtaining Federal Level Security Clearance (Reliability Status). Bilingualism (French/English) is mandatory. Experience working with employers, community resources, and training institutions (preferred). Preference given to qualified former CAF members.
