Job Summary The Community Specialist executes the stores community strategy, engaging the community through relationship building, events, and supporting lululemon product seeding and attending local studios. They develop local key relationships with Ambassadors and community partners, and deliver a worldclass guest experience on the floor. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy and guest experience to life. Establish and manage local key relationships (e.g., Ambassadors, studio owners, lululemon Studio partners) to increase guest acquisition and retention. Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador and partner opportunities and elevate the stores community hub standing. Connect with guests on the floor to assess unique needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless guest experience. Attend, support, and/or host local and regional community events. Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors. Review communityrelevant data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to store leadership regarding community events, projects, or initiatives. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences. Qualifications Legal authorization to work in the country where the store is located. Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation. 1+ year of cumulative experience in customer service, engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building. Schedule & Availability Work schedule varies based on store needs; shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Peak times may include early mornings or late nights/overnights. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $22.25 $25.60 per hour (subject to minimum wage). Target bonus: $2.00 per hour; total target base pay range: $24.25 $27.60 per hour.
