Open availability is required. What Youll Do Responsible for the daytoday execution of tasks within the Produce department. Achieve budgeted goals related to sales, margin, expenses, and inventory and execute sales strategies that support North Central Coops vision. Oversee daily operations in the Produce department to maintain excellent customer experience. Recruit, train, develop, coach, and motivate the department team while fostering a positive work environment that enables the engagement of all team members. Retail Team Leadership experience would be an asset. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Programms. You have exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. You have strong time management and organizational skills. Youre honest and trustworthy, are resultsoriented and strive to be the best in what you do. You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
