Job Description Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Service, youll provide product and service information, resolve client complaints, and assess risks for automobile and property policies. Responsibilities Direct or respond to telephone inquiries and written requests, process changes, apply underwriting standards, assess risks, and answer account inquiries. Resolve product and service problems by clarifying complaints, determining causes, selecting solutions, explaining, expediting corrections, following up, and recommending to management. Attract potential clients by answering questions, providing information, obtaining ex-dates, and meeting or surpassing ex-date objectives to increase sales potential. Prepare and draft responses to routine correspondence. Process rewrites and remarkets following newbusiness guidelines. File and document records of insurance transactions and maintain and update rate manuals for all markets. Maintain a comprehensive log and diary system, reviewing and flagging contentious issues for discussion with management. Provide quality service while adhering to customer service standards and keeping information confidential. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications RIBO licence. Minimum 1 year experience in personal lines automobile and property insurance. Exceptional communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. Superior time management, project management, and organizational skills to manage competing priorities. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to communicate in French.
