Business Intelligence Engineer Lead the refresh and enhancement of the existing LEM data collection and reporting solution. Configure and optimize Power BI dashboards for earned value reporting, maintenance actuals, and intuitive filtering. Ingest and transform data from SAP, Primavera P6, Maxavera, LEMS, and Excel-based templates into Databricks. Automate reporting workflows and support visualization delivery for stakeholders across operations. Enable field data collection via tablets to support near real-time productivity tracking. Collaborate with business users to improve accessibility and usability of dashboards and reporting tools. Support proactive decision-making through analytics and forecasting capabilities. Qualifications Experience with large capital project reporting, especially in turnaround or maintenance environments. Strong understanding of cost and project management tools, including SAP, Primavera P6, Maxavera. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI (dashboard design, DAX, slicers, filters), SQL (data extraction and transformation). Familiarity with Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps (workflow automation), Git, GitLab (CI/CD), Python, Databricks (data ingestion, processing, analytics). Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems and building centralized reporting. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and improve user experience for non-technical stakeholders. 10 years of experience.
