We're looking for a passionate and analytically minded professional to join the Strategic Finance team to support the growth of the Marketplace (MP) business. Strategic Finance drives company strategy, empowers executive decisionmaking, and guides the company toward achieving its goals. This highimpact, highly visible role sits on the Revenue Finance group, a tightknit team with outsized crossfunctional impact and ownership. We help set companywide targets, provide forecasts and realtime analytics to executives and business leaders, and partner crossfunctionally to evaluate strategic business and product decisions. The ideal candidate will not only have superb technical skills but also strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and present to all levels of the organization. What Youll Do Serve as an endtoend financial expert and drive business outcomes through strategic and analytic support for the Marketplace business. Analyze and report realized performance to company leaders and external partners on key topline performance metrics and targets, and drive accountability for results. Design and deliver scalable automated user and financial dashboards and analytics for crossdepartmental and executive consumption. Develop bottomsup business unit financial models for Affirments Ad Revenue and Marketplace GMV. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Strategic Partnerships, Product, Revenue Analytics, Merchant Pricing and Credit) to scale marketplace profitably through highimpact strategic projects. High attention to detail but an equally important ability to see the big picture and evaluate analyses with strategic business context. 2+ years experience in fastpaced analytical roles (investment banking, consulting, data science, analytics, etc.). Excellent Excel/sheets ability (you should be prepared for a financial model case study). Experience and proficiency in SQL. Experience in Sigma, Looker or similar BI tool a plus.
