Our client, a respected publicsector organization providing workplace health, safety, and disabilitymanagement services, is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Disability Case Management, to lead a small, dedicated team supporting employees and employers across Northern Canada. What Youll Do Supervise and mentor a team of Case Managers and Case Aides handling longterm, severe, and complex disability claims. Review, approve, and ensure quality of claim decisions, payments, and medical management plans. Provide guidance on legislative, policy, and procedural interpretation. Manage escalations and serve as a subjectmatter expert in disability case management. Maintain a small portfolio (1015 complex cases) to stay current with operational realities. Monitor workloads, performance, and quality metrics to ensure consistent service standards. Support the Manager with strategic initiatives, reporting, and continuous improvement projects. About You Minimum 5 years experience in disability case management, workers compensation, or insurance. Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or coaching role. Strong understanding of returntowork, rehabilitation, and disability legislation. Exceptional analytical, communication, and problemsolving skills. Calm and professional under pressure, with excellent judgment and empathy. Comfortable working in a structured, policydriven environment with a high degree of accountability. Postsecondary education in Health Sciences, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
