Overview Your role as Platform Developer Backend The Platform team is looking for a Platform Developer Backend to work on the platform tools and services that power Dialogues software products. What you'll be doing Write precise readable and testable code and maintainable test suites that constitute a good example for other Dialogue developers Implement and maintain highly available and fault-tolerant backend services and platform systems Contribute to the development and improvement of data pipelines to ensure effective management of information flows Write and participate in the development and communication of technical design documents to align the team on clear solutions Monitor system performance and reliability implementing improvements as necessary to ensure high availability Ensure the security and compliance of the platform with industry standards and regulations Improve the skills and effectiveness of other developers across the company through code review documentation and direct guidance Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and apply them to improve the platform Platform capabilities Workflow orchestration Data Warehouse Infrastructure User authentication and authorization A member engagement platform We design build maintain and operate a variety of components including services data pipelines libraries and infrastructure What we'd love to hear from you if you have Enjoy creating long-term business value with platform technologies Have 3-5 years of meaningful experience working on distributed service-oriented architectures Feel comfortable designing software and communicating with colleagues about your decisions and tradeoffs Have familiarity with event-driven architectures or willing to learn on the job Have familiarity with data synchronization architectures or willing to learn on the job Experience with Test-Driven Development is a plus Benefits and well-being At Dialogue your well-being is our priority Taking care of others also means taking care of our team!
