The Opportunity The Senior Business Analyst is an integral team member of Atlantics Transformation Management Office responsible for leveraging technology to revolutionize our core capabilities to maximize business outcomes. This role will join a growing team that contributes to the digital delivery portfolio within Atlantic. Our technology projects underpin Atlantics digital strategy, focused on systems, data, and automation. As a Functional Lead, this role will lead and facilitate within the project team and collaborators, focusing on business process development, automation, translating needs into requirements, and acting as a bridge between functional and technical teams. Location : Scarborough, Ontario (currently hybrid) Responsibilities : Lead IT transformation projects from conception to implementation. Partner with Business Process Owners to lead functional teams and project workstreams, ensuring effective business transformation and system adoption. Build strong relationships with business and functional leaders for planning and engagement. Proactively consult, challenge, escalate issues, and act as a strategic partner. Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements and processes. Translate requirements into system designs, prototypes, and mockups. Support design, construction, and implementation phases, reviewing design documents and ensuring requirements are met. Lead QA / testing strategies, create test plans, and support testing initiatives. Manage change and transition projects to business-as-usual. Travel within North America may be required. Role Requirements : University Degree in Business, IT, or related field. Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PBA). 10+ years experience in ERP and technology implementations, preferably in manufacturing. Experience in business analysis, process modeling, data modeling, prototyping, and systems integration. Experience with delivery methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, SAFE. Experience with CRM, ERP, MES, Supply Chain, and Financial Systems. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance is a plus. Fluency in French is an asset.
