Join to apply for the Financial Analyst role at Critical Mass . Critical Mass is hiring a selfmotivated and resourceful Financial Analyst to support our account teams and expand our client base. Responsibilities Analyze and communicate financial results with senior account and client leads. Oversee revenue and expenses for clients and their projects, driving financial success. Collaborate across departments to meet client needs and manage financial requirements. Generate and manage monthly client invoices with precision and efficiency. Maintain and manage the companys timetracking and billing systems. Forecast, track, and manage client budgets to maximize performance. Work closely with project managers to report and analyze project budgets. Assess project billing efficiencies, realizations, and utilizations to identify growth opportunities. Review and manage accounts receivable for specific clients, ensuring timely collections. Support and mentor other financial team members as needed. Qualifications A degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent work experience. 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in a fastpaced environment. Exceptional computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft D365 or equivalent financial accounting system is considered an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strong ability to multitask and adapt in a flexible environment. A 'whateverittakes' attitude with a strong sense of urgency. Solid technical and business aptitude, with a sharp analytical mindset. Attention to detail paired with the ability to see the bigger picture.
