If you have strong sales and leasing experience, a deep understanding of the local market, and a knack for creative problem-solving, we want to hear from you!This role will require traveling to Surrey on a regular basis.**Perks & Benefits:*** Comprehensive benefits package that provides extended health care, dental care, vision care, life insurance and critical illness.* Continuous learning opportunities with an annual educational allowance.* Generous referral program raging from $500-$2500, depending on business need.* Regular consistent team building activities and events.* Discounts to local amenities and vendors* Discounted hotel stays in multiple locations through our Hospitality offerings.* Assist in preparing market analysis and remain current on rental rates and consumer trends.* Support the execution of marketing and leasing strategies for residential properties by + Coordinating digital and print advertisements + Updating signage and promotional materials + Making updates to websites or splash pages + Suggesting e-blasts ideas* Compile daily, weekly, or monthly activity reports, lease summary reports, market reports and expiring lease analysis as required, in conjunction with the VP of Residential PM* Collecting data to help develop and provide recommendations to promote the rental properties.* Sets and achieves sales performance goals.* Assists with company sponsored resident events.* Review and provide comments on how to improve existing websites and procedures within the department.* Collaborate with the Property Management team to improve existing rental platforms and traffic.* Other duties as required by the Vice President or Director of Residential Property Management**What You Will Bring:*** 3 years of sales experience, leasing experience an asset* Strong knowledge of the local real estate market* Must possess a valid Class 5 BC Drivers License and access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel.* Thorough understanding of all aspects of formal lease documents* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Demonstrate initiative, personal awareness, professionalism, integrity, personal appearance and exercise confidentiality in all areas of performance construction knowledge considered an asset**About the company:**For over half a century, Onni has been building communities for people to live, work, and play.
