Actively participates in the training and instruction of employees in proper food handling procedures, quality service standards and all other department procedures. Manages team efficiencies as it pertains to the operation and its needs. Responsible for ensuring completion of opening and closing procedures with in the restaurant including cash-outs & daily sales reporting. Maintains compliance with company policies and procedures. Enforces Serving It Right & company polices of guest capacity and consumption of alcohol. What You Bring Rock-solid leadership skills and ability to direct and supervise staff. Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to manage issues and empower a team to excel. High level of customer service skills, ability to communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction. Time-management savvy and expert multitasker who thrives in the excitement of restaurant & casino operations. Proven to be detail oriented, reliable, punctual, efficient, and diligent in duties and responsibilities. Benefit from working flexible hours, evenings, and weekends. Working knowledge with computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and email internet navigation. 2 years of experience in restaurant supervision or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
