Support Practitioner (Part-time) Cornerstone is looking for a compassionate Support Practitioner to join our #TeamNorthLanarkshire. The role is based in Coatbridge, Airdrie & Bellshill and supports individuals with disabilities and additional support needs. Responsibilities Provide personalised support to enable people to maintain their tenancies and manage daily living tasks, including cooking and meal planning, household tasks, personal care, medication and finances. Assist people in participating in community activities such as football, gym, museums, board games, day trips, cinema and maintaining relationships with friends and family. Work collaboratively with the support team to deliver consistent, flexible care. Qualifications A full UK drivers licence with at least 1 year of driving experience. A caring, compassionate attitude and ability to work well in a team. Good communication and organisational skills. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to cook healthy meals. Confidence in the use of computers. Shift Patterns Shifts run 08:3021:30, 7 days a week. Shifts are 410 hours long and can rotate on weekends and public holidays.
