Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary Contract) Join WSP in Canada to shape our future as a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 12month contract. You will support strategic hiring initiatives, champion inclusive hiring practices, and help build a diverse and inclusive workforce across Canada. Responsibilities Lead fullcycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from earlycareer to experienced professionals, across multiple disciplines. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored sourcing strategies. Champion inclusive hiring practices and help drive WSPs commitment to inclusion and belonging. Support campus and coop recruitment initiatives, including events, resume reviews, and onboarding coordination. Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting WSPs culture and opportunities across digital platforms and events. Qualifications Proven experience in fullcycle recruitment, ideally within a large, matrixed organization or agency setting. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Oracle or similar) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Strong relationshipbuilding skills with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
