The program combines seasonal work with guided reflection, intentional community, and spiritual growth. The program dates and fees Spring Session: Tuesday, March10,2026 Friday, June5,2026 Fall Session: Tuesday, August18,2026 Friday, October30,2026 There is NOfee to join the Summit Gap Program! What does a typical week look like? This seasonal position works 4 days (32hoursweek) at $15.16per hour. Each week has a dedicated Summit Day and two days off. What areSummit Days? Summit Days are a daily shared experience of work, reflection, mentorship, and service. Participants explore values, stretch comfort zones, and rekindle community and faith. Activities Range From Mindfulness walks Creation reflection days Quiet retreats Community or service projects Visits to local ministries or interfaith sites Guided journaling or devotional workshops Meditation or reflection groups Trivia or game nights Movie or music nights Creative art or journaling sessions Community dinners and storytelling circles What does work look like? You will receive a seasonal job in food service or housekeeping at the YMCA of the Rockies. After completion, participants may receive an extension of up to 56 months in their current or another department. Do I get paid as a participant of Summit Program? This position pays $15.16an hour with a deduction of $170aweek for the Rocky Mountain Living Package, which includes shared dormitory rooms, three buffetstyle meals per day, access to YMCA facilities, free skiing passes, gear rentals, staff programming, and discounted stays for family and friends.
