Social & Content Manager | Full time, permanent Work mode: Hybrid, Fulltime, Permanent Work schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, 40 hours/week Mandatory inoffice days: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday Remote optional days: Wednesday and Thursday About the Role Tiller is seeking a Social & Content Manager to lead and grow our social presence both for Tiller and for select client accounts. This role blends strategic planning with handson content creation: youll build social media strategies aligned with business objectives, while also creating and capturing the content needed to bring them to life. Youll develop channel strategies and content calendars, write and design posts, capture quickturn video and photography, and manage daytoday publishing and engagement. Youll also track performance and deliver insights that shape ongoing strategy ensuring both Tiller and our clients show up with compelling, consistent voices across channels. What you get to do Build and execute social media strategies aligned to business objectives and KPIs for Tiller and select clients. Develop content calendars and create socialfirst content (copy, graphics, video, images) for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or other emerging platforms as needed. Use Figma Design, Figma Buzz, and related tools to produce onbrand creative, supported by Tillers design team. Attend events, client sessions, or office gatherings to capture socialquality photo and video content. Edit and optimize quickturn content for use across channels. Publishing & community management Manage scheduling, posting, monitoring, and engagement across platforms. Ensure timely responses and active participation in conversations. Performance & insights Track performance metrics, analyze results, and share insights that guide optimization. Identify trends and opportunities to evolve Tillers and clients social approaches. Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Account teams to ensure consistency of message and alignment with broader campaigns. Collaborate on paid social campaigns across various channels. Youll thrive in this role if you have Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role. Ability to balance creative execution with strategic thinking. Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Meta; familiarity with TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X is a plus. Skilled at creating engaging content across formats (shortform video, graphics, and copywriting). Familiarity with social media advertising (paid social). Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Express, etc. to create onbrand content. Experience with social media management tools such as Hubspot or Hootsuite. Photography and video capture/editing skills, with a keen eye for design. Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities, with adaptability across channels. Comfort with analytics and reporting to measure and optimize performance. Experience collaborating with design and creative teams in a B2B SaaS or agency environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
