What Youll Do Here As a Project Controls professional, you will play a key role in supporting project execution, cost control, scheduling, and reporting. What You Bring to the Team Postsecondary education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Analysts: Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, cost control, or scheduling. Managers: 7+ years of experience in project controls, with 3 years in leadership. Strong understanding of Earned Value principles and cost engineering. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), SAP, Power BI, and scheduling software. Experience with Bluebeam and SharePoint is an asset. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites. Adaptability to flexible work schedules and deadlines. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace. Why Aecon?
