Diversity and inclusivity focused. What will you do? Portfolio Expertise & Sales Enablement Serve as a portfolio specialist, guiding solution selection for internal teams and customers. Equip sales teams with domain knowledge to spark customer interest. Collaborate with Account Managers and Technical Sales to embed portfolio offerings into opportunities. Provide technical insights and compelling sales narratives. Define and communicate the portfolios business and technical value proposition. Opportunity Management & Deal Support Lead technical sales strategy and deal structuring. Engage with customers to align solutions with business and technical needs. Drive valuebased sales engagements and highlight Siemens competitive advantages. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Shape the technology vision for the assigned market. Portfolio Growth & Sales Accountability Drive portfolio sales growth and meet overlay quota targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities with sales and acceleration teams. Use customer insights to refine positioning and strategy. PostSales Support & Customer Success Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams for seamless execution. Support onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction to foster longterm retention. CrossFunctional Collaboration Partner with Account Managers, Technical Sales, and Support teams to craft customercentric solutions. Share market and customer feedback with Sales Domain Management. Advocate for technology adoption at executive levels to support transformation initiatives. What will you need to succeed? Bachelors or College degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation sales, preferably with Siemens products. Strong understanding of factory automation technologies including PLCs, HMIs, drives, and industrial networking. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
