Position Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB/Discovery) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow, with a strong background in ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping. Key Responsibilities Operate CMDB/Discovery within the ServiceNow platform, including identifying and remediating Discovery errors. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the CMDB and address pain points to enhance CMDB health. Enforce Enterprise Asset Management Governance processes and support key CMDB consumers such as IT service management and SecOps. Support service platform upgrades and stay current on ServiceNow releases. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within ServiceNow. Required Experience & Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of handson experience implementing, administering, and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping). Strong experience optimizing discovery, tailoring patterns, and developing. Proven experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and remediating CMDB & Discovery issues in large organizations, including with Azure, GCP, or VMware. Knowledge of hybrid IT infrastructure and networking principles. Knowledge of ServiceNow Common Services Data Model (CSDM) framework. Certifications such as CSA or CIS in Discovery/Service Mapping are an asset.
