Role Overview As a Personal Lines Broker/Account Manager at Morison Insurance, you will be a trusted advisor clients rely on to protect what matters most. Youll build lasting relationships by providing personalized insurance solutions, guiding clients through policy options, and ensuring they receive exceptional service at every step. What Youll Do Develop and maintain solid client relationships. Assist building the book of business through new sales. Handle incoming customer service calls. Retain clear and concise documentation and records. Continuously expand insurance industry knowledge. What Were Looking For Minimum 3 years Personal Lines experience. RIBO license required; CAIB or CIP an asset. Solid work experience on CompuQuote and various insurance company portals. Experience with Epic an asset. Understanding of insurance company underwriting rules. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Positive and keen attitude to meet customers needs. Perseverance to meet retention goals. Proficient in French an asset. Work Environment & Schedule Inoffice. MondayFriday 8:30am4:30pm. Early Friday closures during long weekends (MayOct). Collaborative inperson team environment.
