Were now backfilling these roles Four current Account Executives started their careers at LumiQ as BDRs Uncapped commissions with accelerators for those who surpass their fiscal year targets Transparent salary structure with competitive & established pay levels A truly collaborative sales team environment, working closely with other BDRs, Account Executives, Management, and the broader Revenue Team (Customer Success, RevOps, Marketing, etc.) Objectives & Key Responsibilities Drive New Business: Identify and generate qualified opportunities through outbound sales, including prospecting, research, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn social selling, with a focus on scheduling meetings to support the Sales Team Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals while contributing to annual sales team revenue targets Manage CRM: Keep accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other sales tools, including detailed notes on conversations, research, and statuses for different leads Continuous Learning: Invest in your personal and professional growth to maximize your current and future success. Please note this is a flexible hybrid role based out of Toronto, Canada. Employees will be expected to be able to commute to the office 1-2 times a week. However, for training & onboarding purposes, the in-office expectation time will increase.
