Location &Schedule Manufacturing facility, Etobicoke , Day Shift . Requires inperson 5days per week. Responsibilities Design and develop cleaning procedures for existing and new products and manufacturing equipment. Maintain cleaning validation in a validated state and ensure compliance with regulatory and GMP requirements throughout product life cycle. Evaluate cleaning agents, establish solid cleaning practices, and develop acceptable Residual Limits (ARLs) for cleaning agent carryover based on test data. Develop risk assessments, cleaning validation plans, and review flow paths for system cleanability. Investigate and conduct rootcause analysis of cleaningrelated incidents, nonconformances, protocol discrepancies, and outofspec results for nonvalidated or underdevelopment cleaning procedures. Review, analyze, and interpret system performance data for completed cleaning validation studies and prepare final report packages. Lead enhancement of cleaning practices, cleaninplace equipment, and introduce reviews and approvals of Manufacturing Cleaning procedures and forms. Review GxP deliverables including specifications, drawings, procedural documents, master plans, and validation documentation. Train manufacturing and Quality Control/Quality Assurance personnel on cleaning validation documentation. Maintain the site Cleaning Validation Master Plan. Skills &Qualifications BS degree in Science, Pharmacy, Engineering or related discipline. 35years of professional experience in cleaning validation within cosmetics, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries with emphasis on product and equipment cleaning validation. Proficient knowledge of cleaning validation, continuous improvement and troubleshooting processes. Proficient in ISO 22716, cGMPs, Health Canada and FDA regulations as they apply to cosmetics, OTC/NHP products. Knowledge of test methods used for cleaning validation assessment.
