Territory Manager, Property Management Our client is a leading provider of building and residential services in Ontario and they are on the hunt for a hunter salesperson to further grow market share with property management companies in Ontario. You will grow relationships with property management companies and coops and manage the entire sales process with a focus on net new business. This position offers a healthy base salary, aggressive uncapped commission structure and a company car the year 1 earning potential is 150K+. MUST HAVE: previous experience selling into property management companies with a demonstrated network in this customer segment. What Youll Do: Develop and execute a territory sales strategy. Build and maintain relationships with property managers and key decisionmakers. Identify new business opportunities and close deals. Negotiate contracts and service agreements to meet targets. Collaborate internally to ensure outstanding client service. What You Bring: 3+ years of B2B sales experience in property management, real estate, or building services. Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets. Strong relationshipbuilding, communication, and negotiation skills. Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and comfortable working independently.
