The ideal Office Manager for our team would be excited to develop and implement innovative methods to optimize patient experience, improve the flow of patients into practice, and create working harmonies between the front desk office and dental professional team. Working at STUDIO DENTAL UPPER CANADA, you will experience a team-oriented environment as it is a massive part of who we are Schedule 37-44 hours per week What We Are Looking For 2 year of experience is required in dental office management or dental administration Experience with dental practice management software such as TRACKER is considered an asset Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook) Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families Customer service mindset 123Dentist is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusivity.
