Youll thrive in this position if youre strategic, collaborative, and detail-oriented, have a global mindset, and bring a passion for enhancing employee experiences in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.**Key Responsibilities** Manage global mobility programs with an emphasis on relocation, ensuring seamless employee transitions. Partner with People teams to design and implement mobility policies aligned with talent strategy. Collaborate with global benefits peers to optimize the employee experience across regions. Ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and social security regulations globally. Drive automation and process improvements to support scalability and efficiency.**Required Qualifications** Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Management, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in global mobility, including relocation, immigration, tax, and social security. Strong ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives. Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments. Proficiency in mobility platforms and tools; experience with automation is a plus.**Preferred Qualifications** Advanced degree or certification (e.g., GMS, PMP). Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
