Youll coordinate trades, manage schedules, oversee workmanship, and keep projects on track from start to finish.This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and takes pride in bringing plans to life through teamwork, leadership, and proactive problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise all on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house labor to ensure efficient workflow and quality control.Maintain accurate daily site reports, safety logs, and project documentation.Enforce and monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure project milestones and budgets are met.Communicate progress updates, site challenges, and schedule changes in a timely, solution-oriented manner.Lead by example, fostering teamwork, accountability, and respect among all trades and crew members.QualificationsValid Ontario drivers license and vehicle (required)Minimum 710 years of experience as a construction foreman or site supervisor.Hands-on experience with framing, drywall, painting, and other general construction activities.Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.Strong communication skills, verbal, written, and digital.Proven ability to coordinate and provide direction to multiple subcontractors on site.Experience in leading and managing in-house labor crews.Willingness to work after hours or weekends as required by project schedules.Ability to obtain CPIC clearance and pass other forms of security screening.Current Working at Heights certification required; additional certifications (e.g., forklift, WHMIS) considered an asset.Why join Primary?Competitive salary based on experience and education.Exposure to high-profile projects across the GTA.A collaborative, fast-paced environment where your input is valued.Opportunities for career growth as we continue to expand.
