Role OverviewLead iVedhas Odoo Practice focused on building sovereign, AI-augmented ERP solutions for Canadian public and private sector clients. Youll define architecture, guide module configurations (HR, Finance, Supply Chain), and align Odoo deployments within iVedhas Fabric framework.ResponsibilitiesDefine end-to-end Odoo architecture across HR, Finance, and SCM.Work with Nexa engineers to embed AI agents in HR and Finance workflows.Ensure compliance with Canadian standards (CRA, PSAB, PBMM).Drive pre-sales demos, RFP responses, and client solution design.Mentor functional and technical consultants.Requirements7+ years ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics).Deep understanding of Canadian payroll and accounting frameworks.Strong project leadership, solution design, and client-facing skills.Familiarity with AI/automation integrations is an asset.
