With branches across Western Canada and a vast network of business brands, we are uniquely positioned to bring value to our partners at every turn. **Position Title:** Shipper/Receiver **Location:** Saanichton, BC, V8M 1Z7 **Starting Minimum:** $19/hour **Job Type:** Full Time Permanent **Key Responsibilities:** Reporting to the Warehouse Manager or designate, the duties and responsibilities of the Shipper/Receiver will include but will not be limited to: - Operating a cart, pallet jack and/or forklift prepare orders for shipment. - Verifying pallets for accuracy and ensure loads are secure. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of areas. - Additional duties as assigned. **Qualifications and Skills:** - Valid Forklift license. - Previous work experience is an asset but not required. - Training will be provided. - Commitment to safety standards and practices. - Willingness to work with raw meat products. - Willingness to work in a cold environment. - Ability to perform physical tasks requiring lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing 30+ lbs. safely and effectively. - Physical fitness and stamina to sustain prolonged periods of activity, repetitive movements, and manual labor.
