Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Experience with open cut and/or sewer and watermain experience considered an asset. Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resource planning with precision. Strong understanding of construction methods, contract law, and cost control principles. Skilled communicator capable of leading diverse teams and managing client relationships. Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent). Financial & Commercial Management Prepare, monitor, and report on project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow. Track earned value metrics and ensure accurate cost and quantity reporting. Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiencies, and value-added solutions. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop project staff, including Coordinators and Foremen. Client & Stakeholder Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners. Manage change orders, claims, and commercial correspondence to ensure alignment with project objectives.
