This role blends strategy, creativity, and operations perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely cares about people.What Youll DoCommunity Management & EngagementLead day-to-day operations of our Metronomics communities to keep them active, engaging, and aligned with our mission.Facilitate discussions, prompt participation, and respond to member posts to ensure timely and meaningful interactions.Moderate posts and conversations to maintain our professional and values-driven tone.Build relationships that help identify at-risk members and increase retention.Events & ProgramsSupport the planning and execution of webinars, Office Hours, and Roundtables managing logistics, reminders, follow-ups, and attendance.Track engagement trends, celebrate community wins, and recommend ways to enhance participation.Support onboarding and renewal experiences to ensure every member journey feels smooth and supported.Operations & SystemsManage the daily operations of community platforms (Circle, Stripe, Airtable, Zapier) and keep automations running smoothly.Maintain and update the community resource library so materials are easy to find and consistently organized.Post event resources and recordings promptly in the right spaces.Keep member data, tags, and access organized and accurate across all systems.Communications & ContentDraft and schedule newsletters and announcements that highlight upcoming events, key updates, and valuable tools.Write clear, conversational posts and messages that reflect the Metronomics brand and tone.Create simple, professional graphics in Canva.Cross-Team CollaborationPartner with Marketing, Product, and Member Experience teams to align messaging and deliver a seamless experience across all touchpoints.Support other team initiatives that require community engagement or communication support.What Success Looks Like~30% active engagement rate across community platforms.90100% on-time event and resource delivery.85%+ member retention rate supported by strong relationships and proactive outreach.What You Bring3+ years of experience in community management, customer success, or member experience.A member-centric mindset you lead with empathy and care, anticipating needs, fostering connection, and ensuring every interaction adds value.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.Comfort working across multiple systems (Circle, Stripe, Airtable, Zapier, Canva, or similar).A proactive mindset you take ownership, follow through, and love improving systems.Strong attention to detail and an eye for data you use metrics to drive decisions.Positivity and curiosity about helping others grow.Why Youll Love Working HereYoull make a direct impact on the experience of hundreds of growth-minded business leaders and coaches.Youll work alongside a small, passionate team committed to excellence, innovation, and collaboration.Youll have flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape how our community grows.Estimated Salary Range: $70,000$80,000 CADReady to help leaders around the world build great businesses and great lives?Apply now and be part of the momentum at Metronomics.
