As an experienced process safety professional, you will lead PSM/ORM transformation programs, building client solutions that embed robust process safety performance across the organization. Responsibilities Build and implement client solutions in PSM/ORM that align with client context, culture, and business environment. Work across client portfolio and value chain, deep diving into technical operations to manage operational risks and enhance business value. Engage senior executives to understand business challenges, identify process risk scenarios, and link business performance to operational risk. Act as trusted advisor, facilitating decisions on process safety outcomes, identifying issues and risks, and coordinating across stakeholders. Contribute to thought leadership on Asset Integrity methodologies, mentor junior colleagues, and participate in industry networks. Who Are You? Recognized process safety professional with extensive experience applying process safety principles in operational environments. Strong knowledge and practical experience in facilitation of process safety transformation programs. Broad understanding of operational risk management and linkages between management and operations. Effective leadership and project execution skills in complex environments. Proven track record in relevant highly-hazard/heavy manufacturing industries. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent; MSc or MBA preferred. 10+ years of Process Safety focused roles (10-15 for Manager). Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
