As the Process Excellence Consultant, you will work with business partners to improve processes and drive transformation across underwriting, product, claims, retail sales and service. How You Will Create Impact Facilitate business process improvement events using Lean and other methodologies. Collaborate with underwriting, product, claims and retail teams to develop plans and communicate impact analysis. Prioritize and document requirements for process change projects. Define and manage workflow/process deliverables with analysts and subjectmatter experts. Lead and coach partners in applying process improvement methods. Measure the effectiveness of new workflows and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Investigate problems identified during facilitated sessions and recommend actions. Ability to guide and mentor colleagues. To Join Our Team Minimum three (3) years related experience in workflow/process design. Minimum five (5) years related industry experience in underwriting. College diploma or equivalent. Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) or related designation required. Experience with process improvement methodology (Lean, Service Blueprinting).
