We are currently looking for a Manager, Branch Network Communications to join our team reporting to the Senior Manager, Change Management and Governance. As a Manager, Branch Network Communications, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of internal communications for our branch network. This role focuses on translating enterprise messaging into clear, actionable content for front-line teams, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to support day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Content Development: Create clear, concise, and engaging communications that support business initiatives, operational changes, and employee enablement. Stakeholder Intake & Consulting: Work closely with internal stakeholders across the enterprise to gather communication needs and objectives. Translate technical or strategic information into actionable, audience-friendly messages. Communications Process Management: Maintain communication calendars, intake logs, and distribution records to ensure timely and organized delivery. Maintain communication alignment across multiple initiatives and minimize communication fatigue in the network. MultiChannel Delivery: Leverage internal tools (intranet, emails, alerts, etc.) and host nationwide forums to disseminate information and confirm understanding. Identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Select relevant metrics to track progress toward objectives, such as website traffic, number of views, time on page data, or attestation rates. Audience Alignment: Customize content for branch employees to ensure message relevance, comprehension, and alignment with operational realities. Editorial Oversight: Ensure communication is consistent with enterprise tone, style, and brand standards while ensuring that content is tailored to the unique needs of the branch employees. Feedback & Optimization: Monitor message effectiveness, solicit feedback, and continuously improve communication processes and materials based on user input and performance metrics. Translation & Localization: Provide or oversee accurate and culturally appropriate translations, ensuring quality control across both official languages. Support Change Initiatives: Collaborate with Change Management and Governance Lead to support smooth adoption through wellcrafted communications. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. Minimum 35 years of professional experience in internal communications, ideally in a large or multisite organization. Proven experience developing and managing multichannel communication strategies. Demonstrated ability to work with crossfunctional teams and translate business language into frontlinefriendly content. Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is essential. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in storytelling, visual communication, and simplifying complex information. Strong editorial judgment and eye for detail. Proficiency in communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint, intranet CMS platforms, content design apps). Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Adept at stakeholder engagement and working in a fastpaced, collaborative environment. Strong critical thinking skills with a willingness to question norms and drive change. Leads data collection efforts to support the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjusts as needed. Interprets data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
