Required Skills Handson experience with SAP Callidus (TrueComp, Workflow, Reporting). Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes. Experience in compensation plan design and implementation. Proficiency in creating technical documentation (IDSD, CDSD). Familiarity with testing methodologies ETE, SIT, UAT, Regression. Computer Science, or related field. Knowledge of Telecom domain is a plus. Experience with stored procedures, stagehooks, and automated integrations. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with AI tools for job enhancement (optional). Roles and responsibilities Lead and support SAP Callidus implementation projects. Configure and maintain TrueComp, Workflow, Reporting, and UI settings. Perform data integration, object mapping, ETL, and reporting design. Create and manage Integration Design Specification Documents (IDSD) and Commissions Design Specification Documents (CDSD). Conduct unit testing, defect triaging, and support QAUAT phases. Develop and document compensation plans, rules, formulas, and lookup tables. Migrate plans and configurations across environments. Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues. Collaborate with Sales Operations and Commissions teams to align system setup with business requirements. Develop scheduling and deployment procedures, run books, and user manuals.
