Lead Supervisor I Coach Tanger Outlets Ottawa Join Coachs TangerOutlets in Ottawa as a Lead Supervisor. You will lead a highperformance team, drive sales, and support operational excellence. Responsibilities Partner with Store and Assistant Store Managers to set store priorities and achieve sales goals. Model Coachs selling and service expectations, coaching the team every day, week, and month. Execute floor supervisor assignments, delivering strong metrics and a teamselling culture. Maintain inventory, merchandising, and store cleanliness, ensuring a consistent customer experience. Use Coach tools and technology to support clienteling, sales, and individual/team goals. Address customer issues proactively, collaborating with Store and District Managers as needed. Coach, develop, and motivate the team, providing feedback, constructive coaching, and performance development. Support scheduling, staffing, and floor operations to meet business objectives. Qualifications 13years of luxury retail or customerservice experience, preferably in a highend environment. Strong knowledge of fashion trends, Coach collections, and competitive market insights. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, MobilePOS, and walkietalkie use. Physical ability to lift up to 25lbs (up to 50lbs for product handling) and move around the floor and stock room. Strong communication, problemsolving, and teambuilding skills. Schedule Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, holidays, and hightraffic sales days. Benefits Competitive pay range: $23.00$26.00.
