Are you a proactive and enthusiastic student looking to gain handson experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), customer service operations, and business analysis within a dynamic Siemens environment? Our team is seeking a Coop Student to contribute to key projects and support our ongoing initiatives. This is a great opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a realworld setting and develop valuable professional skills! Key Responsibilities will include: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Support: Collaborate with teams to understand product development topics. Research market information for products, programs and customer information. Customer Service Operations: Contribute to the analysis of customer service processes to identify areas for efficiency improvements. Help document customer service procedures and knowledge base articles. Assist with the preparation of materials for customer feedback sessions or internal training. Report Template Creation & Standardization: Design and develop professional report templates using tools like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint or other relevant software. Standardize reporting formats to ensure clarity, consistency and ease of use across the team. Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure templates meet their needs. Spreadsheet Analysis & Data Visualization: Perform data extraction, manipulation and analysis using Microsoft Excel to support various business insights. Create compelling charts, graphs and dashboards to visualize data trends and present findings clearly. Assist in the interpretation of data to support decisionmaking processes. Presentation Content Creation: Research and compile information to support the development of engaging presentation content. Draft slides, incorporate visual elements and ensure presentations are clear, concise and impactful. Collaborate with team members to refine presentation narratives and messaging for internal and external audiences. What will you need to succeed? Currently enrolled in a thirdyear relevant postsecondary program in Computer Science or Information Systems. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, selfstarter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
