Job Description The Operations Planner is responsible for planning manufacturing activities, creating production schedules, allocating resources, analyzing requirements and adapting schedules to changing priorities. The position is onsite, 5 days a week at the Brantford Plant. Responsibilities Assist in coordinating the weekly production schedule in collaboration with the production management team. Ensure efficient planning of resources (raw materials, packaging, equipment) aligned with the production schedule across departments. Manage inventory and ordering of raw materials, packaging and other productionrelated materials using SAP for realtime inventory management. Analyze sales data and consumption trends with SAP to develop accurate ordering patterns and adjust stocking parameters to optimize inventory levels. Oversee stock rotation, batch tracking and expiry date management to ensure product freshness and compliance with quality standards. Coordinate stock transfers from other plants and warehouses and collaborate with logistics to receive materials and coordinate deliveries. Complete required reports related to productivity, availability and departmental improvements. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications College degree combined with basic training in production management and logistics or equivalent experience. Bilingual in French is an asset. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately. Working knowledge and experience in ERP systems, specifically SAP. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel. Strong and quick decisionmaking. Working Conditions Indoor office environment with air conditioning and heating as applicable.
