About The Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team at Okotoks Ford Lincoln, reporting directly to the General Manager. This is a handson leadership role that requires a deep understanding of variable operations and the ability to guide every aspect of the Sales Department. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, enthusiastic, motivating, and supportive, with a proven ability to coach, train, and inspire a sales team to achieve outstanding results. A strong track record of success in the automotive industry is essential. What Youll Do Maintain superior customer satisfaction scores and champion an exceptional customer experience. Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic sales team through coaching and accountability. Assist in managing and maximizing vehicle inventory. Design and implement creative marketing strategies to drive continued growth. Leverage CRM tools, PBS Systems, and ensure compliance with AMVIC standards. What Were Looking For Minimum 5 years of management experience in the automotive industry (preferred). Demonstrated leadership ability with a history of sales success. Enthusiastic, motivated, and handson leadership style. AMVIC license required.
