Job Overview TD Canada Trust is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to work at the branch in Dunnville, Ontario. The role involves handling customer transactions, recommending banking solutions, and delivering high quality service. Key Details Location: Dunnville, Ontario, Canada Hours: 15 hours per week Employment Type: Parttime Pay: $22.00 $27.21 CAD per hour Responsibilities Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other financial transactions under TDs operating procedures. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating nonstandard activities as necessary. Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking products and completing business processes accurately and timely. Build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in performance development. Assist the team by staying dedicated, respecting coworkers, and keeping everyone up to date on routine activities. Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist for operational excellence. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning and timemanagement skills for fastpaced work. Handson knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet. Gogetter who exercises initiative, accuracy and detail orientation with several tasks and changing priorities. Dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, both verbal and written, calm, courteous and effective.
