Join to apply for the Kitchen Production Associate role at T & T Supermarket Reporting to the Kitchen Production Supervisor, this position supports the production of assigned products (BBQ, Sushi &other Cooked Foods) based on orders received, controls quality, freshness, inventory and wastage. Responsibilities Produce the correct quantity of assigned products based on orders received. Perform production duties for various products, which may include preparing perishable food items, rice cooking, cutting, stirfrying, deep frying, pan frying, etc. Control product quality, freshness, inventory levels and wastage. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, equipment and tools, and follow workplace safety standards. Assist with answering customer enquiries. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure food safety and safe work procedures. Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior experience in cooking kitchen products (BBQ, Sushi & other Cooked Foods). Knowledge of workplace health & safety and food safety (Food Safe Certification required). Understanding of tools & equipment relevant to the job. Good communication, organization and problemsolving skills. Team player, initiative and pleasant demeanor.
