Overview Were seeking a professional, organized, people-focused Call Center & Communications Coordinator to join our clients team. This position will be responding to inquiries from the general public and / or securities professionals, requiring someone who is confident in both written and verbal communication. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with call center experience and a passion for public service to support investor education and regulatory transparency in the financial services industry. What We Offer Salary : $20 $24 / hour Shift : Monday Friday from 9am to 4pm (Onsite) Supportive Environment : Join a highly professional team with clear systems, templates, and procedures in place. What Youll Do Receive and respond to inquiries from the public, securities professionals, and regulatory agencies with accuracy, clarity, and professionalism. Gather and record caller information using templates provided, and route inquiries to the appropriate internal contacts. Track and manage all inquiries in the system efficiently and consistently. Support the team with general administrative tasks such as booking meetings, preparing documents, and assisting with event logistics. What Were Looking For3> Post-secondary education (degree, diploma, or certificate). 35 years of experience in a professional office setting, with at least 1 year in a call center environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to listen actively, gather information, and provide helpful support. Experience working in a customer-service-oriented setting. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with a supportive and proactive approach.
