Bilingual HR Delivery Center Coordinator (3-month contract) Join the KPMG Canada Bilingual HR Delivery Center Coordinator role and help our HR Delivery Centre (HRDC) streamline operations and support employees across the organization. Overview At KPMG, youll collaborate with diverse problem solvers, turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities worldwide. As a member of the HR Delivery Centre, you will support all KPMG employees, partners, retirees, and former employees through standard transactional and consultative services. What You Will Do Provide firstlevel support for KPMG employees, partners, retirees, and former employees on National HR policies and programs (e.g., vacation, overtime, retiree benefits) via phone, live chat, email, and ServiceNow. Become a subjectmatter expert and deliver efficient, accurate support around National HR policies and programs. Deliver customerfocused service excellence, engaging in active listening and professionalism in every interaction. Act as a junior case manager, supporting employees through unpaid and parental leaves, and managing the voluntary departure process. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, escalating issues and challenges to management promptly. Use ServiceNow to manage cases and track related communications. Participate in team meetings and support peers to ensure consistency in internal client support. Engage in project work as required. What You Bring To The Role Bachelors degree in HR or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work overtime when required. Minimum of 2 years in a clientservice or operations environment. Strong business support skills, learning and following detailed business processes with accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to unexpected situations. Strong relationshipbuilding skills and ability to work independently and in a team. Ability to meet tight deadlines in a highvolume environment (e.g., 50 new cases daily on top of ongoing cases). Strong organizational skills and prioritization of work for multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of basic HR operations and processes is a plus. Computer proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Proficiency with ServiceNow is an asset. Proficiency in English and French at a business level is required. Salary and Benefits Base salary range: $47,000 to $71,500. Eligible for bonus awards.
