Environmental Monitor CPESC Focus Join Allnorth Americas as an Environmental Monitor focused on Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) with a CPESC designation or active pursuit. You will lead ESC activities on construction and mining projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, environmental performance, and field execution while mentoring team members. Ideal Candidate Diploma or degree in environmental science, agrology, biology, forestry, engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of environmental consulting experience with a strong focus on ESC. CPESC designation (or willingness to obtain one) or equivalent ESCrelated certification. Proven ability to prepare ESC plans, lead installations, and monitor compliance in the field. Strong knowledge of ESC best practices in construction and/or mining environments. Excellent communication, technical writing, and stakeholder coordination skills. Valid drivers license and availability for travel to project sites. A Day in the Life Develop sitespecific ESC plans and prescriptions for construction and mining projects. Lead onsite ESC installations and mentor junior field staff. Perform ongoing inspections to ensure best practices and compliance. Collaborate with contractors and clients to implement timely mitigation strategies. Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation and reports. Monitor construction activities related to environmental protection, including implementation of environmental protection plans. Attend project and safety meetings, promoting a strong safety culture. Liaise with clients, regulators, and contractors. Bonus Skills QEP or QEPeligible designation (e.g., RPBio, P.Ag, RPF, P.Eng).
