Position Summary Support the Store Manager and manage store operations according to Company guidelines and lead Associates to ensure friendly, helpful service and drive profitable store sales. What Youll Do Drive profitable sales through achievement of sales and profit goals, budget management, and sales forecasts. Create operational plans with the management team, prioritize, delegate, and provide clear direction to managers and associates. Execute and monitor asset protection and safety controls; maintain quality assurance standards. Serve customers as an ambassador, greeting and resolving feedback within company guidelines. Support store initiatives to serve the community and participate in sustainability efforts. Lead associates by conducting regular store meetings, recognizing and rewarding accomplishments, and providing professional growth opportunities. Demonstrate company values and hold associates accountable through performance feedback and corrective action. Comply with all company standards and procedures when handling merchandise and cash controls. Minimum Qualifications Age 16 or older.
