Join us as a Graduate with Shell Canada where you will embark on a comprehensive 3-year programme designed to develop future leaders. The role will be based at Scotford (Fort Saskatchewan, AB), Sarnia, ON or Calgary, AB. Start dates for the Graduate Programme are February or August 2026. What you bring We are looking for a candidate who thrives on new challenges and embraces innovation. Eligibility requirements Be in your final year of a Bachelors or Masters degree, or have graduated within the last 3 years from one of the following programmes: Technical Graduate Programme Chemical, ChemicalProcess Control, Mechanical; Commercial Graduate Programme Commerce/Business, Computer Science, Mathematical Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Quantitative Finance Have a minimum CGPA of 3.20 Be legally entitled to work in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit) Successfully complete a medical and/or drug test (safetysensitive roles only) What we offer Competitive Compensation: Perform at your best with a competitive starting salary, performance bonus, and annual performancerelated salary increases.
