We seek recent engineering graduates (or similar) to serve as Production Supervisors. The role focuses on producing highquality products while maintaining safety, environmental and process compliance. A fulltime permanent role. After the 24month BFL Program, the incumbent may transfer to other relevant roles that match interests within IKO. Whats in it for you? Lead positive change efforts, motivate, recognize others. Maintain safety, environmental, process compliance awareness. Champion hazard identification, evaluation, control (behaviorbased safety, risk assessment). Direct all production operations for shift duration (rotating shift work). Improve employee engagement, labor relations climate through continuous improvement. Drive accountability for results and actions of direct reports. Increase operator involvement in maintenance. Participate in root cause analysis with team, maintenance, engineering. Continually improve operational efficiency. Support other department goals. Ensure proper documentation, reports (compliance, checklists, production, spreadsheets, metrics, incident investigations). Facilitate meetings, team discussions. Communicate with all levels internally and externally. Job training with STD work description, SOP, WI. Safety training: STOP, FLRA, others. Resolve conflicts immediately, behavior aligned with IKO values. Rigorous followup of all 5S. Ideal Candidate Senior (Expected May 2026 Grad) or Recent Graduate (within 12 months) specializing in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent Engineering. Leadership experience preferred. Proficient in MS Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat. Critical thinking, high organization required. Must stand, walk frequently; work at heights occasionally. Must lift up to 30 lbs unassisted. Fluent in English (spoken/written). Troubleshooting capability a plus. Work Authorizations & Travel Authorized to work in Canada.
