What you will do as a Loan Document Specialist Provide administrative support from our Central Loan Approval Office (CLAO) to the Easy Financial branch network. Manage action requests for title search on property. Manage action requests for property value confirmation. Prepare and send applicable secured loan documents for signing along with relevant documents to branches. Escalate any documentation issues to the Loan Processor and/or Manager for review. Adhere to policy and procedures to ensure AML and Quality Assurance requirements are met. Meet and maintain service levels as defined internally and work with vendors to ensure outsourced service levels are maintained or exceeded. Assist the Central Loan Approval Office in identifying training or process opportunities. Gather critical customer (branch) feedback to help transform and streamline processes. What We Are Looking For Ability to work a variety of shifts from 8:00am to 9:00pm and Saturdays on a rotational basis. A willingness to learn. Past or current experience with Salesforce beneficial. Excellent problemsolving and multitasking skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, as candidates will be dealing with the retail network. Intermediate level MS Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
