Our specialized 16-week program includes work, life, and practical skills training, focusing on areas like food safe handling certification, financial literacy, and career preparation. Youth also engage in social enterprise activities such as Furniture Bank, landscaping, and greenhouse projects. The goal is to support youth in transitioning to meaningful employment or pursuing post-secondary education. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Program Delivery Supervisor based in Amherst, NS, with some work from home flexibility. The Program Delivery Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing program delivery. Tasks include supervising staff, managing program logistics, analyzing program outcomes, and facilitating effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
