Were looking for an AV Warehouse Specialist to help keep our operations running smoothly by preparing, organizing, and maintaining professional audio-visual equipment used in events and productions. This is a great entry point into the AV world for someone who enjoys handson work, organization, and being part of a fastmoving, collaborative team. This is a permanent position starting immediately. What Youll Do Pull, stage, and prepare AV gear (audio, video, lighting, staging) for upcoming events. Perform quality checks on equipment before and after use. Safely pack, load, and unload trucks or vans. Receive and check in returning equipment, noting any missing or damaged items. Maintain inventory accuracy in warehouse software. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Occasionally assist with deliveries, pickups, or onsite setup/teardown. What You Bring 1+ year experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day. Valid Class 5 drivers license (or equivalent). Basic computer literacy comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, or inventory systems. Dependable, organized, and eager to learn new systems and equipment. Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends during busy periods. Prior AV experience or knowledge of pro audio, lighting, or staging gear is a strong asset. Forklift experience or certification is an asset (training provided if needed).
