Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for translating business needs into actionable solutions? Youll work closely with Sales teams to understand customer goals and develop proposals that address their needs. Work closely with Sales teams to understand customer goals, objectives, and business needs and develop proposals to address those needs. Manage service proposal pipeline for all assigned accounts. Manage Customer and Service Opportunities using the C360 Customer Relationship System (Salesforce). Responsible for compliance with the Companys opportunity acquisition process including preparation of quality gates and ensuring technical and commercial approvals are obtained. Manage and coordinate proposal development activities for all new Value-Added Service Opportunities. Communicate verbally or in writing with customers to understand the complete scope of supply (beyond just what has been asked). Define the scope of supply and incorporate it in the proposal. Field all customer inquiries received. Process customer orders, ensuring successful hand-over to the Service Execution & Coordination team so all customer needs and expectations are well understood to be properly executed. Work closely with other processes such as Application Support, Projects, Service, Logistics or Marketing to fully satisfy the customers needs. What do we expect from you? Post-secondary education is preferred in either Business or Technical fields such as instrumentation, automation, electronics, or engineering. Minimum 5 years of Business-to-Business experience in Sales and/or Customer Service. Intermediate computer processing skills, including SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Aspirations to sales in order to expand customer inquiries. Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
